Job Description
Summary
The Technology Testing Lead will oversee and manage the testing efforts for our HR HCM Implementation and ongoing testing requirements attributed to regular cyclical releases. In this role you will develop a comprehensive testing strategy develop detailed resource requirements testing plans and scenarios and work with key stakeholders to socialize the approach execute the plan and resolve key issues discovered during the testing . In this role the Technology Testing Lead will be responsible for introducing and leveraging test automation initiatives identifying and solutioning areas for improvement and ensuring all deliverables meet functional and performance standards. The ideal candidate must have exemplified leadership skills passion for ensuring the integrity of complex software systems and strong stakeholder communication and management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop Test Plan and Strategy to help outline objectives resources and timelines
- Test and Coordination oversee the of test cases
- Manage across multiple teams
- Reporting and Quality Assurance for progress of testing activities amongst stakeholders
- In partnership with L&D experts develop comprehensive training materials where required
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors including but not limited to the relevant market skills experience and education of the selected candidate. Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- A minimum of five years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- A minimum of three years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing testing for large scale technology implementations
- Previous experience understanding how to move to a new HCM Model
- Ability to create to stakeholder engagement and management
- Experience working with change champions
- Experience with the delivery of training and training communications
- Ability to develop and execute test strategy
- Ability to create and track test metrics
- Attention to detail
Preferred:
- Workday HCM Testing experience
- Experience working with JIRA
