Job Description

Nansen is a blockchain analytics platform that enriches onchain data with millions of wallets labels. Crypto investors use Nansen to discover opportunities perform due diligence and defend their portfolios with our realtime dashboards and alerts.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a New Yorkbased Account Executive to drive sales growth within the blockchain market segment. You will be responsible for identifying engaging and closing new business opportunities with blockchain networks foundations and ecosystem teams. You will be a key driver of revenue growth and play a critical role in strengthening Nansens relationships across the Web3 landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full business sales cycle from prospecting closing renewing and expanding accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding of how blockchain networks utilize onchain analytics to drive ecosystem growth improve transparency and attract developers & users.
  • Identify pain points and tailor Nansens solutions to meet the unique needs of prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product and customer success to craft compelling value propositions
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including network founders and ecosystem leads
  • Stay ahead of industry trends new chain launches and protocol developments to uncover new opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas contributing to the overall success of Nansens

Requirements

MustHaves

  • 35 years of experience in Sales or Business Development with a strong track record of exceeding targets
  • Deep knowledge of the Crypto ecosystem and its key players trends and market dynamics.
  • Based in New York and must able to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events.
    Preferred candidates must already have the legal right to work in the US at the time of application as visa sponsorship is not available for this role

NicetoHaves

  • Experience working as an account executive or Business Development within crypto
  • An extensive network across crypto teams
  • Experience working crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Product and Customer Success teams.
