The Strategy Manager supports service line market and facility leaders across the organization by utilizing a variety of strategic planning tools and methods to support leaders strategic plans and projects. Working under minimal supervision this position brings forward industry research and ideas through both quantitative and qualitative resources and increases the strategic capacity of the organization through education and thought partnership.
Responsibilities
Provides support and guidance to management in the development of the organizations programs and strategies including service line growth and development plans through thought partnership facilitation analysis and insights. Identifies strategic best practices and industry trends to aid in the development of new strategy plans. Develops and delivers education for the organizations leaders and staff related to strategic thinking and best practices for strategic planning. Conducts market research to identify potential areas for strategic improvement. Supports the implementation of strategy across different departments within the organization. Identifies and analyzes organization strengths and weaknesses by monitoring industry trends to gain insight. Develops and reviews strategic and financial business plans to advise management and optimize business strategies. May supervise others. Performs other duties as assigned.
