Establish and foster businesses andrelationships with key clients both externally and internally
Lead Client teams on theirvisit to the companys offices in India

Assist the sales team inapproaching prospective clients and generate business by doing background workon client information
Work closely with customer & collaborate with internal teams including Audit & Compliance Accounts Payroll & Outsourcing and develop implementation strategies
Ensure customer satisfaction &delivery as per SLAs
Tobe actively involved in pricing and negotiation for the agreement
Generate new leads and establish the inbound lead requirements neededto meet sales objectives
Overseeand evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changingmarket and competitive conditions
Achievesatisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standardsand industry and economic trends
Identify client business needs andbusiness challenges forecast requirements and work on proposals forcustomized business solutions.
Developand implement strategic marketing & sales plans and forecast to achievecorporate objectives for HR services
Prepare forecasts and KPI for use inorganizational planning financial forecasting budget setting and strategicplanning
Ensure adherence to client work andaudit standards and compliance with legal requirements on requests receivedfrom clients
Coordinate with themanagement team and ensure required information for the project is sent to theclient.
Provide fullvisibility into the sales funnel at every stage of development
Responsible for conductingduediligence and ensure aspects of business requirements are met.
Support Sales &Marketing initiatives by ensuring pipeline at all levels of the sales cycle.
To be well acquainted withprocesses operations strategy & financials of the company.
Collect & collateinformation from required sources for initiating new proposals and ensureadherence to timelines
Assist in maintaining anddeveloping existing and new customers through appropriate propositions ethicalsales methods and relevant internal liaison and optimize quality of servicebusiness growth and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market andcompetitor activities and provide relevant periodic salesreport showing sales volume potential sales and areas of proposed client baseexpansion.
Responsible for completesignoff with the frontend sales team on all documents to be sent to theclient
Update management on thestatus of all prospects
Ensuretargets and expectations are clearly communicated to team members.
To have clearunderstanding of the functioning and hierarchy of each department.
TeamManagement
Measure performance of theteam for e.g. performance appraisals confirmation and ongoing feedback andtraining
Build effective verticaland horizontal communication channels
Provide efficientleadership to the team
To be a rolemodel for theTeam in terms of performance/ behavior/ attitude
Formulate long term plansfor the development and motivation of the team
Groom and mentorsubordinates in handing more responsibility
Identify process gaps andcollaborate with frontend sales team to formulate solutions.
Act as an interface betweenthe frontend sales team and the Senior Management
Conduct timely meetings toensure open communication and devise an action plan to address issues/ concernsraised.
