We are looking for a Portfolio Compensation Partner to join the team in San Francisco or Menlo Park. The Compensation Partner will be a part of our People Practices team with a focus on supporting our portfolio companies on topics related to compensation. You will be partnering closely with our People Practices Partners to generate data insight and points of view related to a variety of compensation topics that will be distributed to General Partners and key stakeholders in our portfolio companies.
This role requires an inoffice presence as needed by the business in our Menlo Park CA or San Francisco CA office.
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $173000 $202000 actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience skills and scope.
This role is eligible to participate in the a16z carry program and various discretionary bonus programs as well as benefit and perquisite plans including health dental vision disability life insurance 401K plan vacation and sick leave.
