We are looking for a highly experienced project manager to lead HR/Workday Solutions implementations. With a minimum of 10 years of work experience the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in delivering HR platform projects. You will lead and manage the implementation optimization and upgrades of Workday/HR application projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and aligned with business goals while also managing stakeholders and crossfunctional teams. As the project manager you will manage the full lifecycle of projects ensuring that goals are met on time and within scope. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to improve program delivery. In addition you will lead the application of Agile methodologies and best practices to ensure continuous delivery and collaboration. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams both technical and nontechnical to align business objectives. Proactively identifying risks and issues developing mitigation strategies and troubleshooting when necessary will also be part of your role. You will manage project budgets resources and forecasts ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to meet project needs. Good communication and stakeholder management skills are mandatory. It is good to have experience in implementing solutions using Workday.
