Your Title: Technical Program Manager Release Management

What You Will Do
We seek a highly motivated and detailoriented Technical Program Manager Release Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking strong project management skills and a passion for driving operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in optimizing our product development and launch processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Management Engineering Design Marketing and Sales to develop and execute release management strategies.
Drive the of product launches including coordinating timelines resource allocation and deliverables across multiple teams.
Define and implement product development processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to release management and identify areas for improvement.
Lead efforts to optimize supply chain and logistics processes to support product manufacturing and distribution.
Develop and maintain documentation including project plans process workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Act as a key liaison between product management engineering and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product roadmap priorities and timelines.
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to release management
Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to release management and recommend innovative solutions.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Engineering or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
5 years of experience in release management project management or related roles within the technology industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects with crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban Nexus Scrum at Scale) at a large corporation
Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles and tools is desirable.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management is an advantage.
Experience with tools like JIRA or Aha! is a plus.
