Aesthetic & Family Dentistry has a successful model to provide the highest quality care in an efficient and productive manner. Not every provider is a good fit for our practices. Our Model

Our Formal Offer:

- For the first four months daily minimum salary that equals to $165000 annual salary for a fulltime associateplus that portion of 1/3 of collections that exceed the daily minimum and thereafter exclusively 1/3 collections with potential to make up to $300000 in the first year based on past associate performance.
- No weekends (except emergency) no evenings.
