Job Description
To strengthen our team in Waregem in Belgium we are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor for Romania.
Your role and responsibilities
You advice and support our customers in Romania.
You process customer inquiries make price offers and you process orders.
You assist customers in case of complaints or returns.
You are the point of contact for the field service colleagues.
You collect market information to optimally position TVH products on the local market and you participate in the implementation of agreed strategies and goals.
How to succeed / Your profile
You have at least a first experience in a customer service or internal sales position.
You have a fluent knowledge of Romanian and a good knowledge of English or Dutch.
You are customer oriented and service minded.
You have a good knowledge of MS office.
You are able to work in an independent and structured way.
