The Senior Coordinator for EntryLevel Recruiting is responsible for managing all aspects of the entrylevel nonpartner lawyer recruiting functions. The Senior Coordinator works closely with the Hiring Committee peer people and development professionals and other internal constituents to support broader firm projects related to the recruiting development and retention of legal talent. The Senior Coordinator provides strategic direction and implementation for lawyer recruiting at the local office level while executing firmwide initiatives and strategy. This position is also responsible for providing support to successfully grow the firm through proactive entrylevel recruiting efforts in a manner consistent with the firms strategic goals.
The position is based in our Los Angeles California office. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours including evening and weekends will be required during peak recruiting seasons. Some travel will be required.

Qualifications and job related skills:
Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position in the Los Angeles market is expected to range between $65000 and $90000. This range represents the firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in Los Angeles. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are nonguaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
