Job Description
- Apply analytical techniques to identify trends patterns and insights within HR data.
- Assist with research on HR topics and best practices to support HR initiatives.
- Utilize analytical tools to consolidate and audit enterprisewide human capital data.Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to HR teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain employee records and files in external and internal systems.
- The HR Intern will also take on one larger project over the course of the summer. Previous projects have included automation of onboarding documentation research and development of a Parents Resource group and development of an online training syllabus for new analysts.
- Qualified candidates will be pursuing a Bachelors degrees in Human Resources Business Management or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word; Excel; Outlook; Power Point).
- Strong Excel skills required including the ability to create macros vlookups and pivot tables. Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau a plus.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Demonstrated team player selfstarter and independent thinker.
- High degree of integrity and maturity with the ability to recognize the requirements of confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and concern for quality of final product (and ability to balance that concern with deadlines).
