Role Overview:
As a Teller Member Service Representative you will be the face of our credit union assisting members with their financial needs and providing topnotch service. Your role will involve:
- Building Relationships: Engage with members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will help create lasting connections.
- Driving Sales: Identify opportunities to crosssell our products and services helping members achieve their financial goals. Your enthusiasm for our offerings will drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with opening and closing accounts answering questions and resolving issues within your authority.
- Identify crossselling opportunities and promote our products and services.
- Maintain accurate member account information and ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.
- Provide prompt accurate service and support to all members and associates.
Performance Measurements:
- Deliver informed prompt and accurate service to members.
- Achieving or exceeding sales goals and contributing to department objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience.
- Education: A high school education.
- Skills: Ability to operate a 10key calculator and computer. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
