Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor at the Wharf restaurant at Madison Beach Hotel is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant ensuring luxury customer service with a focus on managing the floor overseeing staff training and maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. This is a parttime position for the person that loves the fastpaced environment and the satisfaction of contributing to the guest experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
$21.00 $23.00 per hour based on experience
Benefit package to including vision & dental insurance and 401(k) retirement plan
Hotel property and travel benefits
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a restaurant role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
