Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for one of our Skilled Nursing partners in Louisville KY! See below for full details and benefits.
Salary Range: $37.00/hr
Schedule: Flexible PRN or Block
Position Requirements:
- Active LPN License
- Current American Heart or American Red Cross BLS
- Current immunization records
- Current Tuberculosis Screening
- Background and Drug Screening
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and chart patients medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients conditions and response to care plan reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients care plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
