Enforces safety standards in the workshop course. Works with graduate assistants and student workers assigned to help with FSHN 493 as well as the Culinary Creation Lab.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working within proper lab safety regulations
