Hours of Operation: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST
The Document Management Center (DMC) is a critical component of our overall Life New Business operation. This unit will be the initial point of processing for all our client paperwork after the Replace project goes live. It is vitally important to have a smooth operation in order to meet our sales goals and customer centricity goals established for our organization.
The base salary for this position is $40000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical location. In addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and shortterm incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Skills
Customer Support Operations:Knowledge of customer support techniques tools technologies and best practices; ability to utilize all aspects of customer support operations.
Customer Support Systems:Knowledge of principles and techniques used in customer support and ability to use applications hardware software networking and the applications environment used for customer support.
Managing Multiple Priorities:Knowledge of effective selfmanagement practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives projects groups or activities making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Problem Solving:Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Results Orientation:Knowledge of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets; ability to drive critical activities to completion.
