Position Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for the development and of the strategic plan to increase revenue and share of wallet of Environment & Process Monitoring India business. Incumbent must establish rapport with existing clients and help to develop new relationships and business based on Incumbents validated experience knowledge and understanding. Incumbent must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a bigpicture vision and the aim to make that vision a reality.
Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and implement short and longterm strategies for profitable growth. Establish and implement regional business plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
Market & Customer Focus
Analyze market trends competition and customer segmentation to shape strategy. Build strategic relationships with key customers for sustained revenue and partnerships.
Channel & Customer Management
Expand and optimize distributor networks based on geographic presence and business potential. Maintain high Customer Allegiance Scores through strong processes and service excellence.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing Supply Chain Finance and Service teams to create seamless customercentric processes for pre and postsales support.
Leadership & Operations
Lead and develop a strong team of senior commercial managers and frontline sales professionals. Drive business operations from order flow to fulfillment and inventory management.
Process Improvement & Market Intelligence
Lead initiatives for business and process improvements. Stay updated on market insights to provide valuable industry knowledge.
Travel & Engagement
Commit to 5060 domestic travel to strengthen customer relationships and distributor partnerships.
