EverLine Coatings and Services is a parking lot line painting and maintenance company based in Leamington Ontario. We are rapidly growing and primarily service the Windsor area however do work with clients throughout Southwestern Ontario. We are looking for key people to join our team. The candidate would be expected to work 3040 hours per week.

The Administrative & Marketing Assistant will help expand the business by assisting with marketing sales basic bookkeeping and administrative work.

Marketing & Sales tasks include:

Client prospecting

Preparation of promotional material

Setting appointments between clients and the GM

Estimating jobs

Developing pricing proposals

Bookkeeping & Admin task include:

Basic bookkeeping using online QuickBooks

Day to day expense recording and tracking

Financial forecasting

Accounts receivable and accounts payables management

Position Requirements:

Understanding of basic marketing sales and bookkeeping basics
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and planning skills
Punctual
Ability to work independently as well as with others
Self motivated

Ability to work without direct supervision
Have a cell phone

Comfortable using Microsoft software (Word PowerPoint Excel)

The pay rate is between $23$25 per hour. Pay will be commensurate with skill dependability and experience.

Start date: FebMarch

The team member will primarily be working from home however will occasionally be asked to come to the office or at designated meeting points for team meetings training etc.
