Job Description
Park Avenue Group a division of Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a $6.5 billion bank in their search for aVice President Branch Manager. This position isresponsible for managing the operations of a branch with the help of the Operations Officer overseeing the lending and deposit gatherings for the branch helping and guiding Relationship Managers with managing their own loan portfolio. This role involves building new business expanding client relationships and promoting bank products to meet branch goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead lending and deposit growth driving branch profitability through new and existing client relationships.
- Expand client accounts crosssell bank products and maintain a strong loan portfolio.
- Oversee branch expenses and manage customer service standards coaching staff to achieve individual and branch goals.
- Train motivate and supervise staff to ensure a highperformance customercentered environment.
- Complete KYC and comply with CIP and BSA/AML requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field with 3 years of banking experience or Associates degree with 5 years of experience in banking product sales and lending.
- Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.
- Ability to travel within designated areas to meet clients and grow deposit and loan portfolios.
- Knowledge of bank operations and products strong MS Office skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
