Responsibilities
Health Research Inc. is seeking a detailoriented Assistant Contract Administrator to join the tightknit Office of Contracts & Operations team within the Corporate Office in Menands NY. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing subcontract and consultant vouchers for payment organizing and maintaining documents and will serve as a liaison to vendors and program staff. This role works closely with HRIs Office of Sponsored Programs the Office of Corporate Compliance the Corporate Controller and many New York State Department of Health programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field; OR an Associates degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience; OR four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with reviewing invoices/vouchers subcontractor/consultant interaction and processing payments. Previous experience with Workday Microsoft Office suite including Adobe Pro Excel and Word.

Management/Confidential position.
Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location specified in the job posting and must also be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following states: New York New Jersey Connecticut Vermont or Massachusetts prior to hire. Telecommuting will be available.
