SkillsetGroup is seeking a CI Sr. Supervisor in production to work in the city of Torrance CA area. The ideal candidate will be tasked with driving and managing continuous improvement efforts within the production department. This role emphasizes optimizing operational efficiency productivity and quality by applying Lean manufacturing principles Six Sigma and other process improvement methods. The CI Senior Supervisor collaborates with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for enhancement implement effective solutions and monitor outcomes to ensure lasting improvements. Job:
- Title: CI Sr. Production Supervisor
- DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
- Pay: $85100k/yr.
- Shift: 1st shift 9am 6pm OT as needed
Job Requirements:
- 8 years experience minimum as a Continuous Improvement Supervisor in Production.
- Experience with Activity Base costing CI around manufacturing.
- Lead the development and of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency quality and cost improvements.
- Oversee multiple CI projects ensuring timely completion and goal achievement.
- Create and manage project plans timelines and budgets providing progress updates.
- Establish systems to track and report CI activities and production performance.
- Ensure CI activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Bilingual and Food industrySTRONGLY preferred.
