Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise IT Solution Consultant to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and working directly with key stakeholders. This is a seniorlevel sales role that requires a strong hunter mindset strategic thinking and the ability to develop and close enterpriselevel IT deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Hunting & Business Development: Proactively identify target and acquire new customers exploring innovative ways to generate leads and expand market reach.
- Enterprise Solution Sales: Sell highvalue IT solutions including Cloud Services IT Infrastructure Modernization Virtualization Backup & Disaster Recovery Security & Compliance and DevOps solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with clients to understand their business needs challenges and objectives and propose tailored IT solutions that align with their goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Clevel executives IT heads and decisionmakers to influence technology adoption and investment.
- Technical Collaboration: Work alongside presales engineers and solution architects to develop customized IT infrastructure proposals.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals negotiate contracts and close complex enterprise sales deals.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in enterprise IT sales with a proven track record in closing highvalue deals.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing IT Infrastructure Enterprise Networking Virtualization Security Solutions and Backup & Disaster Recovery.
- Experience in selling solutions involving Hybrid Cloud Architecture Cloud Migration HCI (Hyperconverged Infrastructure) and Data Storage Solutions.
- Existing relationships with decisionmakers in large enterprises across multiple industries.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA CCNP) Red Hat (RHCSA RHCE) VMware (VCP) Microsoft or Azure are a plus.
