You will act as a liaisonwith the front of and back of house during dining hours and and other departments in the hotel regarding food and beverage goings ons. This includes food preparation and quality staff management and inventory functions to ensure hotel quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled. The ideal candidate would have previous team management and highvolume cooking experience and will demonstrate initiative with process management and improvement.
