As United Parks & Resorts looks to continue its reinvention we are seeking top talent to become an operational partner with strong analytics as our Manager of Workforce Management. This person will be responsible for partnering across the Park Leadership for the design supporting development and implementation of companywide workforce management program and labor strategy. Helping to establish the development and deployment of defined comprehensive strategy that supports the creation of a longterm sustainable labor management program and strategic workforce planning to support culture and growth objectives.
This is a key leadership role within the organization one that will interact with all functions along with investors and partners. The right candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking problem solving and communication skills along with strong resultsorientation. Further this person will bring strong expertise in Workforce Management and Labor Analytics with a focus on improvement of United Parks & Resorts bottom line.
