Job Description
Bloom Search is hiring Maintenance Mechanics!
Position Summary:
Maintains production and facility equipment in a condition to meet the plant production goals and the building requirements. Maintenance of processing systems and material handling equipment pumps blowers PLCs and various sensors to control automatic operation of systems. Working with electrical and mechanical devices such as 240480v motors wiring switches sensors AC and DC circuits servo motors servo drivers (Allen Bradley GML) PLCs (Allen Bradley) and Drive components such as gears sprockets chains sheaves belts brakes clutches couplings and coupling alignment bearings lubrication hydraulics and pneumatics. Maintains production and facility equipment in a condition to meet the plant production goals and the building requirements.
Requirements
- Must be selfmotivated and capable of working within a team environment.
- Possess strong mechanical electrical plumbing pneumatic and troubleshooting skills relating to the Food Manufacturing industry.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including OT and some weekends.
- At least three years of Food Processing & Packaging maintenance experience.
- Possess strong troubleshooting skills working with food manufacturing equipment
- Food manufacturing experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Technical/trade School a plus.
