Job Description
Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a $2 billion Indianabased credit union seeking a dynamic VP Commercial Relationship Manager for the northwest Indiana region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a $50M portfolio and originate $15M annually in new loan production.
- Drive deposit growth and Treasury Management product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with Member Business Lending (MBL) policies and procedures.
- Actively engage in community involvement through board participation and outreach events.
- Lead the Business Services team to achieve strategic business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of commercial lending or related experience.
- Expertise in sales relationship management commercial credit and portfolio administration.
- Strong leadership communication organizational and time management skills.
