Job Description

If yes Gilsbar would love to hear from you! We are actively recruiting several sales support associates to join our team. Youll gain handson experience in the insurance industry while also receiving support to prepare for the state Property and Casualty licensure examall while earning a salary!
The perfect candidate for this role is someone who is enthusiastic resourceful ambitious and selfmotivated with a desire for a longterm career.
Job Duties:
- Prepare for the Property and Casualty licensure examination.
- Conduct businesstobusiness solicitations via telephone email and other lead sources as well as following up with inquiries.
- Effectively research leads and identify viable prospects for new business generation.
- Accurately complete applications forms and other essential documents.
- Maintain CRM and ensure the system has appropriate and uptodate data.
- Effectively communicate and support clients and internal staff.
- Ensure all guidelines templates and processes are followed in order to uphold company compliance.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- Candidates must be able to secure a P&C license and agree to a contingent offer letter.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Must be capable of following a work schedule and working autonomously.
- Comfortable working in an office setting including long periods of sitting.
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication abilities are essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are important.
