Project Field Engineering Manager Blue Ammonia Project (Houston TX)
Overview:
We are seeking a Project Field Engineering Manager to support the FEED phase of a major Blue Ammonia project based in Louisiana with the role stationed in Houston TX. This position requires an experienced engineering leader with at least 15 years of experience in largescale onshore projects. The role blends the traits of an Engineering Manager Field Engineering Manager and Project Technical Manager ensuring technical excellence constructability and seamless project . The selected candidate will play a key role in setting the foundation for a potential full EPCI scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate engineering activities during the FEED phase ensuring technical integrity and alignment with project requirements.
- Provide field engineering oversight ensuring constructability and seamless transition into phases.
- Collaborate with project teams contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Support project strategies working closely with multidiscipline teams across engineering procurement and construction.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in engineering roles for large onshore industrial projects.
- Strong background in FEED and EPC/EPCI project phases.
- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and field operations.
- Expertise in constructability risk assessment and project planning.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline.
