Job Description
Our client a 4* Hotel is looking for a skilled Hotel Reservations Clerk.
The suitable candidate must be available to start immediately as well as be eligible to work in the UK / have a work Visa.
A friendly welcome at reception sets the tone for a great stay so youll have personality and positivity by the bucket load. Youll deal with guest checkins resolve any issues and be able to upsell the Hotel and all the exciting activities it has to offer.
What we need from you:
Youll certainly have previous customer service experience and be able to show us you can deal with any issues in a caring and helpful manner. Youll have good systems savvy.
