Product Configuration and Testing: Set up test and calibrate products to ensure they meet specifications.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and fix nonworking products to restore functionality.
Customer Returns: Handle calibration upgrades and repairs for returned products.
Failure Analysis: Document and analyze product failures and issues.
Customer Support: Offer technical support and product advice to help customers resolve issues.
Job Duties
Circuit Analysis: Experience with electrical circuit diagrams assembly drawings and programming tools to analyze and verify circuit operations.
Troubleshooting Skills: Proficiency in using electronic signal measuring equipment to troubleshoot both analog and digital circuits.
Repair Skills: Skilled in using soldering equipment to repair 85705electronic circuit boards.
Documentation: Ability to analyze and document component and software failures and issues accurately.
