Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultoriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the 3D visualization industry excellent communication skills and the ability to generate and close leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (architects interior designers real estate developers construction firms etc..
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Pitch and present our 3D visualization services to prospective clients through meetings emails and calls.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and project terms to close deals successfully.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the 3D visualization and architectural industry.
- Collaborate with the 3D visualization team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 13 years in business development sales or client acquisition (preferably in 3D visualization architecture interior design or real estate).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling networking and online platforms (LinkedIn industry events etc..
- Passion for architecture and visualization with the ability to explain technical services to clients.
- Selfmotivated goaldriven and able to work independently.
