The position would suit an individual looking tojoin an established team within a fastpaced work environment. With a businessfocus on the distribution of cuttingedge technology the team are forwardthinking and resilient to the daily challenges customer demands can bring. Asthe company focuses on clear communication the accounts team ensures the wheelskeep turning and are the backbone of the operations process. An understandingof accounts is essential to excel in this role along with the ability tosupport the sales and purchase ledger functions. This streamlined team offersthe ability to continuously grow and develop as the role allows you access toevery part of the accounts function. With support from line managers and fullaccess to senior managers when required this is a great opportunity to developyour skills on a general level.
Roleand Responsibilities:
Processing purchaseinvoices and identifying discrepancies.
Posting bankpayments.
Liaising withsuppliers or customers to resolve queries.
Assisting withpurchase ledger and sales ledger maintenance.
General officeduties.
Responding to emails/ phone calls.
Assisting with otheraccounting duties and supporting the accounts team when required.
