Job Description

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling highquality customdesigned windows and doors to homeowners contractors and designers. This hybrid role covers both B2B and B2C sales across the GTA and surrounding regions. This position reports directly to the CEO and offers a competitive base salary of $50000$60000 uncapped commission car allowance and other perks!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary: $50000$60000
  • OnTarget Earnings (OTE): $80000 $120000 in the first year
  • Commission: Uncapped paid monthly
  • Car Allowance: Includes a gas card

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

  • Head Office: Woodbridge Ontario
  • Territory: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Hamilton Kitchener Collingwood and surrounding regions
  • Hybrid Work Model: Showroombased with field visits as required
  • Flexibility: Occasional evening or weekend appointments based on client needs

EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 23 years of sales experience preferably in home improvement or building materials.
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS / INDUSTRY FOCUS / DECISIONMAKER(S):

  • Primary Market:
    Contractors designers renovators and individual homeowners in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions.
  • Industry Focus:
    Home improvement specifically custom windows and doors tailored to residential needs.
  • DecisionMakers:
  • For B2B clients: Typically contractors or designers working on renovation or new build projects.
  • For B2C clients: Homeowners often the final decisionmakers for their projects.

SALES CYCLE / ORDER VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE

  • Sales Cycle: 13 months depending on client decision timelines.
  • Order Value: Ranges from $5000 for single doors to $50000 for full house projects.
  • Account Size: Primarily individual homeowners and small businesses.

OVERNIGHT TRAVEL:
