BDC Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and expertly to incoming leads from potential customers eager to experience the raw power of a Dodge Challenger the freedom of a Jeep Wrangler the toughness of a Ram truck or the luxury of a Chrysler 300!
  • Engage in dynamic conversations with potential customers to understand their needs then deliver solutions that show off the unique benefits of these legendary brands.
  • Highlight the performance innovation and cuttingedge technology behind each vehicle bringing excitement and energy to every interaction.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends CDJR innovations and the competitive landscape to ensure youre always ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with a highperformance team of sales experts ensuring every lead gets the attention it deserves.
  • Maintain accurate timely information in our CRM systembecome the goto resource for all things CDJR!

BDC Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year in an automotive BDC sales or service is a must.
  • A drive to succeed and the ability to spot and seize sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills that keep customers excited about the CDJR brands and ready to make a purchase.
  • Experience with phone or virtual sales environments is an asset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and salesrelated tools to keep you on track.
  • A commitment to achieving and exceeding your sales goals and helping our team shine!
  • A willingness to adapt grow and keep up with the latest in sales technologies and techniques.
  • Must pass preemployment background screenings.
