Inventa is a leader in the design creation and of innovative brand experiences from large scale events and national experiential tours to grassroots local executions. Now in our 28th year we are at the forefront in the experiential marketing and event space.
Circular Materials will be entering its third year with Inventa and is expanding rapidly. Starting in Ontario 2023 the program has now expanded into three provinces! Our Alberta team will be venturing out to six communities across the province to talk about how and what to recycle! Making Canada more circular! The teams will be traveling out of their base cities to attend events throughout their province and represent Circular Materials.
To excel in this role you will have excellent communication organization and networking skills in addition to having open availability on for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is strongly desired as well as experience with customer service and public relations.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
Arriving to footprint 15 minutes early to be prepped for the shift.
Providing excellent customer service to guests.
Guiding guests through educational games about recycling.
Delivering clear key messaging.
Supporting the Supervisor with tasks.
Tracking any problems and reporting them to the Supervisor.
Completing a nightly report and sending it to the Supervisor.
Familiarizing yourself with the companys mission vision and goals.
Answering any questions from guests that are within their scope.
Monitoring customer feedback and deescalating disgruntled guests onsite.
Representing the company in a fun and professional manner.
Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Actively participating in set up/tear down/opening/closing tasks.
Submitting invoices on time following invoicing guidelines and inputting hours accurately on Aqua.
Verifying with the Accounts team any expense to be made before purchasing.
Supervisor Responsibilities:

Driving a 16foot truck with liftgate on highways.
Picking up and dropping off assets from storage.
Facilitating and participating in event set up and tear down.
Managing staff and volunteers while on footprint.
Coordinating with team and assigning duties and breaks.
Liaising with site contacts and Account Coordinator.
Completing final report and submitting to Account Coordinator.
Delegating tasks to team members. Adn breaks
Checking event asset inventory before every activation travel
Brand Ambassador/Supervisor Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly approachable and outgoing personality.
Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
. Comfortable with heavy lifting and active participation in set up and tear down of event
. Supervisor must be able to drive a 1 ton truck and have valid drivers license
Schedule
Activation Dates: May 29 September 7 2025
Payrates:
Brand Ambassador: $24/hr
Supervisor: $28/hr
. Travel time per diem mileage and hotel accommodation provided
Please note that if you are offered a position you may not be offered all six events. You may be offered only select events that are closest to your home base.
