Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business support technical or production staff in an assigned area to deliver results in Safety Quality Delivery& Cost to achieve plant goals.
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors Has inhouse knowledge of work processes and tools within own area

Qualifications
Associates degree and 2 years related work experience required
Demonstrated success in managing people and leading a team
Strong communication skills required
