About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals and growth.
  • Recruit coach and manage a highperforming sales team.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Conduct vehicle appraisals and manage tradeins.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Provensales managementexperience in the automotive industry (minimum 3 years).
  • Familiarity withF&I processesand tools.

  • Proficiency in automotive CRM and dealership software.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
