About the Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals and growth.
- Recruit coach and manage a highperforming sales team.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
- Conduct vehicle appraisals and manage tradeins.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Provensales managementexperience in the automotive industry (minimum 3 years).
- Familiarity withF&I processesand tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing a team.
- Proficiency in automotive CRM and dealership software.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
