Position: LIHTC Tax Credit Leasing Consultant
Location: City State
Job Type: Fulltime Temporary
Pay: $22.00 $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
As a LIHTC Tax Credit Leasing Consultant you will:
Guide prospective residents through the leasing process while ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations
Screen applicants and verify eligibility for tax credit housing programs
Maintain accurate resident files income certifications and lease agreements
Stay up to date with LIHTC policies and ensure all documentation meets program guidelines
Assist residents with recertifications and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with property management teams to support a wellmaintained compliant community
Qualifications:
Prior leasing experience preferably in LIHTC or affordable housing
Strong knowledge of tax credit compliance income verification and leaseup procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage regulatory paperwork
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
LIHTC experience preferred
