Job Description
Vault Minerals is a dynamic and cohesive company born from the recent merger of Red 5 Limited and Silverlake Resources uniting our shared vision for the future. With our base in Australia Vault Minerals is now strategically positioned to unlock greater value expand our operations and execute our strategy of providing larger longerlife and lowercost gold production.
Vault Minerals has an Annual Summer Vacation Program that enables students to obtain industry experience from passionate and enthusiastic professionals in a small mine environment. Students are exposed to a wide variety of responsibilities and situations.
Expressions of interest are now open for students to join us at one of our Western Australian operations; Darlot King of the Hills Mount Monger Deflector and Rothsay.
The program will be run over the Summervacation period (roughly December 2025 to February 2026 in the following areas:
- Mining Engineering
- Geology
- Metallurgy
- Surveying
- Geotechnical Engineering
Whether you are looking to expand on your existing practical experience or you have never worked on a mine before this offers the perfect opportunity to get a feel for the career direction you want to go in after you graduate.
What We Offer:
- Structure 12week program within your chosen discipline
- Choose from either an 8:6 lifestylefriendly roster or a 2:1 roster
- Support from a buddy or experienced leaders who provide mentorship and guidance.
- Opportunities to learn and develop your technical knowledge.
What You Need:
To be eligible for our Vacation Program you must meet the following requirements:
- Availability to commence work in late November 2025.
- Full working rights within Australia or a relevant Visa
- Currently studying a discipline mentioned above.
- Hold a WA Drivers License (manual C Class)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work effectively in a team.
We are looking for motivated students with a thirst for knowledge and passion to apply their theoretical learning in a practical forum.
Vault Minerals Recruitment process for Vacation program will commence in August/September 2025.
