Job Description
- Top Secret/SCI Clearance is required.
- Provide extensive and specialized customer service to command personnel in support of both programs.
- Coordinate with the designated military representative(s) for each program.
- Assist in maintaining an uptodate records and training of all cardholders and account status.
- Assist in identifying irregular data to generate reports to the Agency Program
- Coordinate aging analysis delinquency and misuse reports.
- Provide services as a Reviewing Official or NonDTS Entry Agent as defined by command requirements.
- Possess a valid state drivers license.
- Must be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint (minimum 3 years experience in Microsoft Office programs).
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately.
- Minimum of two years experience with Defense Travel System and the Government Travel Credit Card programs.
- Must complete and maintain training certifications/qualifications required for DTS and GTCC program responsibilities.
- Required experience and a working Knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations.
