Key Responsibilities:
Confidentiality and Discretion
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
- Manage confidential documents and ensure security protocols are adhered to it.
Administrative Support
- Manage and prioritise executive calendars appointment and meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements and budgets.
- Support organisational events webinars
- Organise and maintain files records contacts both digitally and physically and continuously maintain it up to date.
- Prepare reports documents summary
- Provide support in coordinating with cross functional teams actions follow up etc
Meeting Support:
- Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
- Coordinate and schedule meetings ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
Business Insights & Analysis:
- Provide insightful business analysis and share key findings with the MD.
- Conduct market forecasts and analysis particularly within the chemical industry.
Communication & Branding:
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
- Manage LinkedIn and other employer branding activities to enhance the companys presence.
- Support Azeliss digital initiatives like Portal management etc
Presentation & Documentation:
- Prepare business decks and PowerPoint presentations for various meetings and events.
- Ensure all documents are wellorganized and easily accessible.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to details and problemsolving skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of the chemical industry is a plus.
