Were looking for a Business & CRM Analytics Lead. The person will play a key role in building the foundation to better understand who our consumer is and how they shop. To join our team we are looking for someone who is curious about all things data/business understands how data is used in a business environment can provide actionable insights to enhance the DTC customer experience and business performance. This person must be comfortable with statistical analysis data science concepts to solve problems and make recommendations. This role will support a variety of cross functional partners across CRM Marketing & Merchandising to translate analysis into executable recommendations. This role is located in Boston Massachusetts at Converse Headquarters and is not remote eligible.

You will report to the Director Direct Growth & Analytics. This role will heavily collaborate across the NA Digital and Stores teams to drive & optimize the current business.
