P2P Specialist Indirects (f/m/x)

Location: Pozna/ Warsaw
Hybrid working
This job is responsible for delivering commercial services for one or more segments across multiple geographies. As such this person will be the MGS Commercial Services main point of contact for the Buying community in their assigned region and area of expertise providing process coordination and support.
What would be your key responsibilities
Act as a central point of contact in MGS Commercial Solutions for queries related to Procure to Pay process.
Work to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the existing systems processes & documentation (within the team as well as across Teams).
Provide support to Sourcing Managers Commercial Operations as well as other stakeholders who are a part of the processes supported by MGS Commercial Services.
Work efficiently with a wide range of internal and external clients.
Support Senior Specialists Team Coordinators & Line Managers in operational scope and projects when requested.
What are we looking for
University degree or equivalent experience.
1 year of working experience in similar position.
Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
Good knowledge and understanding of core commercial transactional processes.
Good communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and assess information quickly.
Good attention to detail.
Fluent English.
