firm in Peterborough to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer to
join their thriving Wills Trusts & Probate department. This is an excellent
opportunity for a passionate legal professional to handle highquality work
contribute to business development and make a real difference in clients
lives.
The Role
As a Private Client Lawyer you will:
Deliver expert legal advice in Wills Trusts Probate and Inheritance
Tax planning.
Manage a varied caseload independently and ensure timely
communication with clients.
Maintain high standards in line with Law Society rules and internal
quality and practice management procedures.
Actively contribute to business development and promote crossselling
opportunities within the firm.
Oversee billing processes working to target levels and supporting
credit control efforts.
What Were Looking For
Qualified Solicitor with a valid Practising Certificate.
Solid experience in Wills Trusts & Probate matters.
Strong understanding of Inheritance Tax planning.
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and client
focused approach.
Ability to manage your caseload efficiently and in compliance with
internal systems and policies.
Team player with the drive to support business growth and provide an
exceptional client experience.
Key Skills and Qualities
Law Degree or equivalent.
Organised detailoriented and committed to continuous professional
development.
IT literate and able to adopt inhouse systems and procedures
confidently.
Willingness to attend internal and external training sessions.
