Job Description
As an Accounts Payable Intern you will be responsible to assist the Accounts Payable Team learn related processes and procedures as well as the ERP systems used in Europe. We look forward to seeing your application!
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Get familiarized with routine accounts payable tasks including gathering information verifying accuracy inputting/ processing vendor invoices (PO and nonPO) travel & expense reports or payments;
- Learn to identify disputes related to the invoices (quantity/pricing concerns etc. and the followup & resolution process;
- Understand the communication process with vendors/suppliers business units on different queries;
- Learn to prepare/send account statements when required and how to resolve discrepancies;
- Learn to analyze payments requests and how to monitor for suspicious transactions;
- Learn to use the ERP systems Oracle SAP Syteline AS400.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- PC experience (Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Proven understanding or Curiosity about Finance or Accounts Payables;
- Relevant education/project associated with one of these areas.
- Proficiency in additional foreign language would be an advantage.
