Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead with strong experience in Python PL/SQL and Java to oversee the development and delivery of scalable software solutions. The role includes leading cross-functional teams managing technical execution ensuring code quality and providing hands-on contributions to projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development teams on projects involving Python PL/SQL and Java technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define scope and plan project timelines.
- Architect and build high-performance scalable enterprise applications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices and design patterns are followed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements or innovation.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development (backend scripts data processing API integration).
- Solid expertise in Oracle PL/SQL for database development query tuning and optimization.
- Experience in Java for building enterprise-grade applications and backend services.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive successful delivery in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with JavaScript or Python scripting for automation and system tasks.
- Certifications in Python PL/SQL or Java.
- Background in financial services or enterprise platforms.
