Job Description
Jackson Kia is growing and looking to add to our Business Development Department.
In the role of a BDC representative you will work as part of the team to drive growth by developing and nurturing business relationships with present and future customers. You will coordinate incoming online and telephone requests and make appointments for the sales team. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to meet department goals.
- Answers phones and online inquiries
- Schedules appointments and conducts followups with noshows
- Greets customers in a professional manner and assists them with their requests
- Maintains communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with service
- Ensures prospects are informed of company promotions
Requirements
- Computer & Internet skills required
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Team player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous dealership BDC experience and/or sales experience a plus
- Previous experience or familiar with VinSolutions CRM systema plus
- Quick learner who is highly organized
- Proficient with MS Office
