Are you a dynamic and resultsdriven sales professional with expertise in radiation oncology Do you thrive in a hybrid or remote role with significant travel building strong partnerships with customers If so Elekta is looking for an Account Manager to drive business growth across the Nordic region (Denmark Finland Norway and Sweden).
What youll do at Elekta
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing Elektas installed base and increasing turnover within your geographical area. You will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities fostering customer relationships and driving sales for Elektas Oncology Portfolio (Software and Hardware). This includes everything from prospecting quoting and closing sales to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role is hybrid or remote with significant travel required to customer locations across the region. You will also have access to Elektas offices when needed.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute commercial action plans to drive sales and aftersales service solutions.
Identify and qualify customer needs across Elektas full product suite.
Manage public tenders from initial engagement to contract signing.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Conduct regular visits to both Elekta and competitor installed bases to stay ahead of purchasing decisions.
Work closely with internal teams (Marketing Applications Project Management Service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Marketing & Industry Representation:
Represent Elekta at congresses and industry events identifying new business opportunities.
Provide customer feedback to the marketing department to shape product development and strategy.
Monitor and analyze competitor strategies in the market.
What you bring
Bachelors degree in a clinical or businessrelated field OR equivalent experience in the medical device industry.
Knowledge in Radiotherapy Radiosurgery or Radiation Oncology workflows is preffered.
Preferable experience in capital medical equipment sales and negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels from technologists to Clevel executives.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
Fluency in English and additional Nordic language (Danish Finnish Norwegian or Swedish) is required.
