This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour base pay increase effective July 1 2025.

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Early Childhood and Family Support Division.
The Early Childhood and Family Support Division works with community providers across the state and is home to many early childhood and family support programs including but not limited to; child care serving children with developmental delays supporting families through nutrition education and support home visiting and child abuse prevention efforts. ECFSD strives to assure that children and families are healthy and thriving.
This position manages the professional development system for the states Part C Program of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act for infant and toddler early intervention services. Other responsibilities include: 1 Interpreting and updating policies manuals rules and regulations to comply with State Administrative Rules and Federal requirements; 2 Provision of technical assistance as needed to Part C regional programs; 3 Monitoring contracts and each regional programs performance; 4 Data system development and implementation for program requirements; 5 Conducting data analysis identifying program needs and generating solutions for continuous improvement; and 4 Drafting performance and compliance reports for public dissemination including local state and federal authorities.
