Position Summary:

Functions as a member of the procedural team by donning gowns and gloves creating and maintaining sterile fields and assisting physicians as required. Maintains supplies instruments and equipment and provides assistance with the care of perioperative surgical patients.

Essential Functions
1. Gathers sets up and breaks down equipment instruments and supplies.
2. Assists with nonprofessional patient care functions before during and after procedures.
3. Maintains surgical instrumentation in functional status.
4. Maintains inventories equipment and work areas.
5. Performs intraprocedure duties and functions.
